One Source Consulting has been selected by the Village of Germantown to provide design services associated with construction of a new basketball court adjacent to teh newly renovated Senior Center. Other project team members include Capitol Survey and PSI, Inc. The project is located on Friestadt Road west of Germantown High School.

One Source Consulting was selected to provide existing conditions research on behalf of the parcel owner in advance of sale activities. The purpose of the study was to familiarize prospective project team members and investors with the current site conditions. It is anticipated that the report will be used by investors, buyers, and financial institutions to develop feasable project alternatives and during the preparation of project proformas.

One Source Consulting was selected by Gorman & Company to develop preliminary grading, drainage and utility plans for inclusion in the City of Milwaukee Detailed Planned Development submittal; and to prepare preliminary project proformas for inclusion in the WHEDA housing grant submittal.

One Source Consulting was selected by One Source Design to provide site civil engineering services for the construction of a new 12,000 SF multi-tenant retail building on Maple Commerce Center. The conceptual site plan was modified significantly as the result of early identification of wetlands, floodplain, and Butler's Gartersnake habitat. The project's success is the result of a collaborative master planning process that allowed for the development plan to be modified during its infancy to reduce overall project costs and improve the visibility for future tenants.

One Source Consulting was selected by Pete's Marketplace to provide site infrastructure design services, construction staging, land division, and associated construction document preparation for the construction of a multi-story retail fruit market located at 14th & Greenfield in the heart of the Hispanic community in the City of Milwaukee.

One Source Consulting was selected by Gorman & Company to provide acquisition support services for two existing apartment complexes in the City of Milwaukee. The services included ALTA surveys and conceptual master planning assistance for future improvements to the existing complexes.

One Source Consulting in conjunction with MTJ Engineering and RA Smith National has been selected by Waukesha County to redesign this busy intersection and critical link between Bluemound Road and Capital Drive. A mulit-lane roundabout and signalized intersection will both be evaluted to select a solution that best reduces the impacts to the surrounding neighborhood, floodplain, wetlands, and Butler's Gartersnake habitat.

One Source Consulting has been selected by DRS Technologies to provide site civil design services for a multi-phased renovation and consolidation of existing operating space within their facility located in the heart of the 30th Street Industrial Corridor. Other project team members include HGA, Berghammer Construction, RA Smith National, Metropolitan Survey and PSI.

One Source Consulting has been selected by WillowTree Development to provide site civil design services for a retail building on Lot 18 of the $25 million retail development to be anchored by Wal-Mart and Sam's Club. The project is located at the northwest corner of Highway 31 and Washington Road (CTH S).

One Source Consulting has been selected by Berghammer Construction and Plunkett Raysich Architects to provide site civil design services for the church's latest expansion.
